5. Return Policy
Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for:
- Damaged, broken or leaking product.
- Wrong product or variant delivered.
- Product expired at time of delivery.
We do not accept returns for: change of mind, opened/used products, or minor natural variations in food products.
6. How to Initiate a Return

- We respond within 1 business day with return instructions.
- Free reverse pickup arranged for approved returns.
7. Refund Policy
- Refunds processed within 3–5 business days after receiving and inspecting the return.
- Refunded to the same bank account / UPI ID used for payment.
8. Cancellation

- Once dispatched, order cannot be cancelled.
